I have been suicidal too. All of this I recovered from and came back to find wellbeing. So do not let anyone let you believe it is the end. It feels like the end. But it is not the end. We just need our basic needs (survival), some health (body), clarity (mind), with a sprinkle of devotion (heart): connection (energy).
The byproduct of these ingredients is peace, joy, love, compassion, blissfulness and ecstasy. All of these come from within. Happiness is an inside job. We only need our basic needs for survival and to follow the Law to avoid trouble. Beyond that life is yours.
Freedom is knowing that life is beyond survival and laws, rules and regulations. That is only for society. Life itself is borderless and boundless. However, to experience this it must be nameless. Otherwise it becomes “this” or “that” and it is cut in half. You cannot cut life in half.
So always remember a child is not born chopped in half. Every child is born whole. We are all whole. They are all whole. You are whole. Only society teaches us that we are half. More or less. Never enough. However, which one is bigger? Society or life?
Life is far far far greater than any society. So choose life. Remain whole. This is clarity. Clarity is freedom. That is why the byproduct is peace and joy is peace dancing with love, compassion, blissfulness and ecstasy. All come from within. No matter what those in power do.
They cannot take away the sky. No matter what they say. They can never take away our freedom to love one another. If you talk to yourself like this for sure you will feel better and want to stay alive. Because this is a universal truth inside all of us.
We just need to remind ourselves daily. I find this works every time. So I wish you the best of luck and I am so proud of what you are doing. Thank you for your contribution to humanity. Fighting the fight to remind them, hello, it is the 21st century!
We already have the solutions. Survival of the Fittest has been debunked. It is time we all put the “fight mode” down. All we need is to surrender, with sense and compassion, and step into this call: Life. We all belong. You belong. 💜🕊 #HealingTrauma #Justice4Humanity #YouBelong
